\nNOTICE of the Board of Directors Meeting, Saturday, October 20, 2018, at 2 PM, at the FBO, 601 Eagle Ave., Sky Ranch Estates, Sandy Valley.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Included with this notice: Agenda<\/p>\n

Minutes of the board of directors meeting of September 2018 will be included with the next Newsletter notice for the December 15th meeting.<\/p>\n

Due to importance of the agenda items at the September meeting, the budget was put aside until we had more information on the monies needed for the year 2019. This is the only item on the agenda for this meeting along with updates on the purchase (we made an offer, however, there was a previous offer that the seller accepted.) of the land off the airport.<\/p>\n

    You will notice that both this Board of Directors meeting, Oct 20 and the next General Meeting of Members, Dec 15 are on Saturdays. Hopefully, this will allow more of you to attend. We are still trying to assess whether monthly or quarterly meetings are the best for members and the board.<\/p>\n

    Items of reminder:
    \nWe now have more youngsters living on the airport and we need to be mindful that the streets\/taxiways are not a playground and that BB guns need to be supervised when in the hands of young or old. Shooting area properly set up so pellets are contained and not allow to ricochet and preferably off the airport.<\/p>\n

    The speed limit within the airport is still 20 MPH. Some owners are our worst offenders so please watch your speed. You will arrive only a couple seconds later.<\/p>\n

    There will be a Pot Luck BBQ at 5 pm after the board meeting of Oct 20 and the annual Christmas Party after the Dec 15th meeting. Watch for details later on the Christmas Party, but mark your calendar now.<\/p>\n
